As part of my e-commerce and online services for brand owners, I am committed to delivering high-quality results and supporting the growth of your business. To provide transparency and confidence, I have outlined my refund, return, and satisfaction guarantee policy.

Refunds are considered only for service packages purchased directly from Ayushi Nema.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the package purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery:

• Pre-Project/Pre-Work Stage: Full refund available if the project has not yet commenced.
• In-Progress Services: Partial refunds may be offered depending on work completed. A pro-rated calculation will determine the refundable amount.
• Completed Services: Refunds are generally not available once the final deliverables are delivered, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

I strive for excellence and client satisfaction is my priority.

• If you are not satisfied with the results of my official services, I encourage you to provide detailed feedback.
• I will work closely with you to make reasonable revisions or improvements within the scope of your package.
• If after revisions, you are still not satisfied, I may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work delivered.

Certain services or deliverables may not be eligible for a refund, including:

• Completed work delivered as per the agreed scope.
• Custom services that require significant time, research, or third-party costs.
• Any third-party tools, subscriptions, or services purchased on your behalf.

All refund requests must be submitted via email: reach@ayushinemaofficial.com with the following information:

• Your name and contact details
• Purchased package and purchase date
• Reason for refund request
• Supporting information (if applicable)

I aim to respond within 3-5 business days and process eligible refunds promptly.

Clients purchasing services after changes are made will be subject to the updated policy.
